The Student Experience Coordinator will play an integral role, within FSPGC, assisting in the overall coordination of student recruitment, retention, travel coordination and program experience. A major objective of this position is program outreach, converting interested, prospective students into viable program applicants within an increasingly competitive market. The preparation, management and delivery of recruitment activities for prospective students and other key stakeholders are also critical to this position. The Student Experience Coordinator will establish, build and maintain important relationships with external stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, teachers, careers advisors.

Under the direction of the Executive Director and working in cooperation with FSPGC staff, contractors, volunteers and committees, the Student Experience Coordinator is responsible for contributing the following:

This position begins on September 5th, 2017. It is a full time position: 37.5 hours/week except during program weeks where full time dedication and extra hours will be expected from the Student Experience Coordinator.   The Employee agrees that overtime accumulated during the sessions will be taken in the following months of July and August.

Additional hours, including training, will be required throughout the year for the sessions and other events. Evenings and weekend hours will be required.

Annual Salary:  $38,000 – $ 42,000
