Powered by the Rideau Hall Foundation, Forum for Young Canadians: Summit 360 will bring students 14-18 years old together from communities across Canada to learn, engage, and build networks through a variety of plenaries, interactive workshops, virtual tours, peer-to-peer activities, a youth civics fair, and a chance to network with Parliamentarians. Over three days, students will have an opportunity to:
Hear from the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada and experience Canada’s electoral process first-hand
Better understand what it means to be treaty person in Canada
Build your skills, competency, and confidence as an agent of change
Get up close and personal with Senators and MPs, and explore the Senate of Canada and the House of Commons
Discover why Foreign relations and world affairs are important to our democracy
Fine-tune your digital media skills
Find out more about how you can be a part of our democracy and Canadian politics
